Melvin John, who is an Anglo-Indian from Pakistan, has been in Canada for over 25 years and lives in Scarborough,Ontario. At 17 years old, he raised 17,000 rupees for the Cancer Hospital so they could purchase an x-ray machine. At a very young age, Melvin established and ran youth club for community programs including social activities job search and counselling for drug / alcohol abuse and charity work. Melvin worked with the community of small villages and towns to help over 2500 families find work, obtain passports and appropriate attire for work for free at a time when recruitment agencies were charging an arm and a leg for services.
Melvin John’s passion, enthusiasm and his belief in what he does creates a consistent success in all projects.
In his spare time, Melvin plays in a live band which consists of his brothers and sisters.They play for dances, weddings and other events as time permits.
